Job Description / Requirements
-Assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.
-Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
Assisting the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
-Conducting Intial / phone screening and personal interviews.
Connduct shortlisting of candidates and profiling
-Preparing of job descriptions , Sourcing and online job postings
Conduct Endorsements of Job offers and requirements to candidates.
-Assists Employees for concerns and problem solving
Prepares monitoring of recruitment process and Status updates Reports
-Assists Research and training development works
-Conduct Orientation to new employee and assist deployment
-Prepares documents to be used for oveseas deployment; schedule and follow up process of work permits, visa and other documents needed for recruitement process.
-knowledge in time keeping and excel salary computation.
-Support, prepare and schedule domestic flights of employees overseas.
-Monitor emails and important / urgent HR concerns.
– Must have background and knowledge in HR- Sourcing and Recruitment
– Can tolerate stress and have good problem solving skills
– Can be easily trained
– Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
