We are currently hiring for Customer Service Representatives for our North EDSA site. Please see below for the qualifications and job description of the position:

Job Responsibilities

 Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
 Generate sales leads
 Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
 Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
 Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
 Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
 Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
 Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
 Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Requirements

 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
 Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
 Completed at least 2nd year in college
 Excellent customer assistance and problem solving skills
 Willing to work on graveyard, changing schedules, and holidays
