Job Description / Requirements


 Ensures the effective coordination of the Partner‘s (Superior) schedules by
arranging appoinments/ meetings, travel and accommodations;
 Receives and screens communications including e-mail messages
(from international member firms, clients, colleagues, etc.) and provides assistance
using independent judgement requiring priority attention;
 Takes all incoming calls (including inquiries and requests for proposals from
prospective clients) and handles all messages for and in behalf of the Superior;
 Handles and ensures efficient records keeping. Ensures that all files are properly
labeled, updated, segregated and easily retrievable;
 Drafts memoranda, letters and correspondences as directed by the Superior;
 Maintains logbooks on all documents for internal and external communications;
 Attends internal meetings and take down minutes of meetings as directed by the superior;
 Assists/ accommodates clients and guests of the superior;
 Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily
office operations.


 Graduate of Business Administration/BA Secretary/BA Secretarial studies or any equivalent courses
 With at least 6 months to 1 year related work experience
 With pleasing personality
 Keen to details
 Average communication skills
 Must be computer literate
 Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
