Admin and Finance Assistant – Full Time

Job Description / Requirements

The key tasks of the role will include but are not limited to the following:

Assist in timely tax preparation and all BIR reporting/remittance

Ensure timely payroll preparation and relevant  government remittances including SSS, Health Care and PhilHealth

Assist with preparing Financial accounts and general ledger reconciliations

Liaise with auditor, tax agents, government agents and banks

Provide high level day to day administrative support to the President, to the Treasurer, to the Accountants and the senior team

Other ad-hoc assigned duties

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.

Excellent in English communication and writing skills

No work experience required.

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

Highly presentable and smartly dressed

Proactive and team player with strong interpersonal skills

Able to work independently

Hardworking, honest, strong problem-solver

Organised with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Meticulous attention to detail

• Secretarial duties to the Director
• Monitors and maintains accounts
• Assist in timely tax preparation and all BIR reporting/remittance
• Ensure timely payroll preparation and relevant ; government remittances including SSS, Health Care and PhilHealth through company corporate secretary
• Assist with preparing Financial accounts and general ledger reconciliations
• Liaise with auditor, tax agents, government agents and banks
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Book travel arrangements for employees
• Other ad-hoc assigned duties
