Join our fast growing BrandBastion team to help take fantastic care of our client relationships. You will work with some of the biggest and most interesting companies in the world to protect their brand and their ad performance on social media.
– Develop and manage our client relationships on a daily basis
– Take charge of the coordination of client set-ups and quality control
– Quickly help clients in resolving cases of social media crisis or resolving other types of escalations or issues they experience on social media
– Provide dedicated support, data insights and moderation reports to clients
– You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (being a native speaker is considered an advantage). An advanced English test will be part of the final recruitment process.
– You are self-motivated, pro-active and you take initiative
– You have exceptional social skills that allow you to build trust and relationships with anyone you meet
– You have a solution driven mindset with no problem being too big or too small for you to handle
– You are curious and excellent at researching any topic
– You have a genuine interest in social media and online marketing and experience in the field
