Virtual Assistant/Virtual Staff

We are a Solutions Provider based in Sydney, Australia that provides customized solutions in the areas of migration, recruitment and outsourcing. We are currently in discussions with prospective clients who are interested in hiring Virtual Staff based in Manila.

As a Virtual Assistant, you will have experience in the following areas: 1) Email Management 2) Data Entry 3) Customer Service 4) Marketing, Sales and Lead Generation 5) Social Media Management and 6) Administrative Support. Salary Package will be dependent on your experience.

How to Apply:

The ideal candidate will have: ·        At least College level or Bachelor Degree in any business related course ·        Minimum 2 years’ experience (in any of the above areas) ·        Is a proficient user with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook) ·        Has experience using CRM’s, Google Suite and other similar products in the market ·        Has access to internet speeds of at least 10mb  ·        Excellent communication skills both verbal and written ·        A professional home office space suitable for video calls ·        Presents well and has a pleasing disposition ·        Is capable of working through a problem and providing out of the box solutions ·        Proven experience in handling difficult clients while maintaining a customer centered approach with their work
