DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Contributes to DISCOM’S sustainability through revenue generation:
1.) Meets pre-agreed peso target for revenues.
2.) Develop accounts exclusively for DISCOM’S products, the duties include:
Customer prospecting, profiling, data maintenance.
Visits pre-agreed number of clients daily.
Sees to it that clients are satisfied with DISCOM’S services.
Liaises with clients and DISCOM to serve client’s needs excellently.
Maintains a master list of clients which should be updated on a regular basis.
Monitors sales and client statistics.
Give feedbacks on competitor’s activities and recommends appropriate action to counter competitor’s strategy.
Develop, recommend and implement sales activities needed for his/her area of assignment.
Represent DISCOM in the most honest and professional way to all clients.
Safeguard DISCOM properties and business interest.
Maintain ideal RPS in his area of assignment.
1.) Submits required sales reports promptly.
2.) Reports for regular and special meetings.
1.) Performs other official tasks related to his/ her function that may be assigned from
time to time.
2.) Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
College Level ( At least 2 years)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1 year experience as a salesman
MINIMUM SKILLS/APTITUDE REQUIRED
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal relation skills
Negotiation and presentation skills
Above average scholastic records
Good working attitude
Not more than 30 years old
Must know how to drive six(6) wheeler truck with valid driving license
