Service Desk


·        Processes and resolves customers system incidents and requests using technical and service knowledge

·        Assumes initial ownership of the coordination, investigation and documentation of requests and system incidents

·        Performs initial level diagnosis of problems and incidents and resolving them when appropriate

·        Interprets problems or errors at a basic level and evaluating the risk of events and escalating appropriately to protect client services

·        Ensures proper documentation for all problems, incidents and requests

·        Follows up on actions and resolution of incidents to ensure customer satisfaction


-Completed at least 2 years in college

-Must have at least 6 months Customer Service Representative/Technical Support/Service Desk/Remote Desktop Support

-Excellent communication skills

-Amenable to work in Cebu

-Willing to work in shifting schedule

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
