Sales Manager

We are a Financial Technology Company in need of outstanding Sales Managers for our pioneering fintech product to handle and manage Philippine Institutional accounts (Top 1000 Corporates) and eventually expand to the ASEAN region. The incumbent will primarily manage the Sales Team and drive strategy; planning and implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the assigned area/channel.

A solid 7+ years’ experience as a Senior Relationship Manager (Corporate) at a top-tier bank who consistently meets KPIs with outstanding performance and is looking to transition to the challenging IT/ Fintech industry is ideal.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A high level of collaboration and engagement with stakeholders such as mid to C-level management, market group heads, front-officers and product specialists in the region is expected.
Drive sales engagements with Top 1000 corporations, banks, enterprise clients and government primarily via regular weekly client visits and other communication channels.
Consistently meet KPIs and revenue targets, develop/ harness the power of direct reports, driving sales force productivity and extracting the best performance from each member of the team.
Convert potential leads into customers by developing and spearheading implementation of sales strategy by scoping, managing and delivering on initiatives covering market-specific growth strategy, client strategy, efficiency.
Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives. Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Maintaining MIS – Ensure that data is accurately entered, updated and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
Must have a strong understanding of Policy and decision making, have excellent negotiating skills and Integrity.

Excellent ability to work calmly under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years as Senior Relationship Manager at Corporate or Institutional Banking group in a top-tier Bank with proven exceptional performance.
Solid/ verifiable sales network among Top 1000 corporations to sell the company’s fintech solutions
Has a solid (and verifiable) track record of closing deals, creating and executing effective B2B sales strategies for products and services targeted to either Top 1000 bank, corporate or government accounts.
Exceptional performance, Loyalty and Integrity are most valued traits of the successful candidate.
Bachelor’s degree in a business or finance preferred
MBA degree is a big plus.
Strong commitment to the aims and objectives of the company, be a major architect for how vision and strategy cascade into the range of new sales and marketing programs & activities.
Demonstrated ability in managing strategic initiatives in a structured and results-driven approach;
