CrecenTech Inc. is a fast-growing real estate process automation company based in Dover, DE, USA. We provide REI Solutions, REI Websites, Lead Management CRMs, Business process automation and Real Estate VA Support services to many clients across the US, UK and other subcontinents.
We are looking for an enthusiastic cold callers/ telemarketer to make outbound calls and generate leads for real estate businesses. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential leads. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
Qualifications / Skills:
· Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset / attitude. Must be a team player
· Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to multiple type potential customers
· Performing customized targeted sales strategies
· Schedule appointments for Acquisition Manager / Lead Manager
· Answering potential lead questions and follow-up calls
· Maintaining record of calls and updating call information in CRM system Podio
· Engaging customers with questions by following call scripts
· Ensuring all calls are recorded properly and leave voicemails
· Assisting manager for day end report
· Prior cold calling experience for real estate business is plus.
· Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
· Must have strong English verbal, written and communications skills
· Must have an engaging personality over the phone
· Someone who understands that success comes through hard work and tenacity
· Willing to adapt our streamlined processes/systems
· It is a home-based job so you must have your own laptop and a fast internet connection
· Willing to work on weekends (When Required)
· Comfortable making cold calls and talking to diverse group of people.
· Must be self-motivated and self-directed
· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
· Tenacity to handle objections / aggressive situations and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential lead
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
CRM Systems including Podio, Zoho and Salesforce.
Calling Tools: Mojo dialer, Xancall, Callrail and other industry standard bulk dialing tools
Office Management Tools: Google Sheets, Google calendar, Asana, Hubstaff, Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Job Type: Part-time to Full Time
Job Location: Work from home
Timing: Must be able to work in Eastern, Central and Pacific time zones.
Experience: 1-2 Years relevant industry experience
Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
