Property Administrator / Consultant


  • To assist & build strong relationship with unit owners, brokers & bldg admin personnel.
  • To get new listings from time to time. 
  • To accompany clients when viewing properties with your Chinese co-workers.
  • To service the needs of existing clients & maintain after sales service. 
  • Coordinate with building admin on all issues regarding new tenants, work permits, gate pass, move in & move out. 
  • Complete related paper work in accurate & timely manner. 
  • Performs other duties & functions as may be assigned.


  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • A graduate of any 2 or 4 years course.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati 
  • Can start immediately preferable 
  • Receive fixed salary P10,000 – P20,000 for probation period 
  • Receive incentives after probation period 
  • Office hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:30 pm) Saturday (9:00 am to 4:30 pm)

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱20000
