Property Administrator / Consultant
- To assist & build strong relationship with unit owners, brokers & bldg admin personnel.
- To get new listings from time to time.
- To accompany clients when viewing properties with your Chinese co-workers.
- To service the needs of existing clients & maintain after sales service.
- Coordinate with building admin on all issues regarding new tenants, work permits, gate pass, move in & move out.
- Complete related paper work in accurate & timely manner.
- Performs other duties & functions as may be assigned.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A graduate of any 2 or 4 years course.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati
- Can start immediately preferable
- Receive fixed salary P10,000 – P20,000 for probation period
- Receive incentives after probation period
- Office hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 6:30 pm) Saturday (9:00 am to 4:30 pm)
Salary: ₱10000 - ₱20000
