Personal Assisstant

Responsibilities:
Screening phone calls and dealing with inquiries
Making appointments and planning their manager’s diary
Organizing and attending meetings
Replying to emails, faxes and post
Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary
Assisting with projects their manager might be working on by researching or writing reports

Qualifications:
With at least 5 year related work experience
Excellent Personal Mastery skills(includes adaptability, confidentiality, discretion, flexibility, multitasking, organization, time management etc.)

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
Accuracy and attention to details
Computer literate and knowledge to relevant software(Technology skills)
Excellent Administrative and Financial skills

Salary: Negotiable
