In this position, based in Manila and reporting to the South-East Asia Business Unit Manager in Singapore, you are responsible,
•To manage the timely assignment and execution of fieldwork as per company standards, specific mission/client requirements and project schedule.
•To ensure the quality of the field surveys, their timely collection and electronic submission.
•To maintain good professional relationships with your Customer Experience Evaporators and Global Operations Support team to timely handle complaints and feedback in a true spirit of cooperation, team work and customer satisfaction.
•Meet client representatives from time to time. Mostly from Beauty and Technology industry.
To succeed you must have:
•Excellent written and oral English skills
•Knowledge in Microsoft office tools
