The job is a marketing management position as as a Property management position. It will start at the ground up with the potential for advancement. You will have to know and do every job involved. You may have to train those positions in the future if needed.
1. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to speak and communicate with Sellers and tenant
2. Buyers. You will be on the phone speaking to prospective clients and tenants constantly. You will be emailing a lot as well.
3. You must be comfortable making uncomfortables calls sometimes with Clients and tenants. Sometimes the tenant has not paid so it’s not always going to be an easy situation to deal with
4. You must have a basic understanding of rent collections-
5. You must be familiar with how to prescreen tenants and buyers. We do a lot of lease purchases as well…but we can train you on that process.
6. You must be comfortable posting ads online for vacant properties and for potential sellers.
7. You must be familiar with rental property software. WE are currently managing everything in-house so this will be a transition we will go into potentially down the road.
Salary: $960 per month or $12480 per year
