We are a new team currently preparing to run construction activities and im/export business in Philippine. We are looking to hire a Legal Administrative Assistant intern with exceptional administrative and research skills. Legal Administrative Assistants intern are expected to work comfortably under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
To ensure success, Legal Administrative Assistants intern should be detail oriented, exercise sound judgment and must have exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with a keen interest in providing purposeful support to company. Top candidates will be familiar with key legal principles and possess incredible accuracy, strong IT skills and excellent time management.

– Perform accurate legal research and analysis, including contractual terms, applicable laws, construction law and or other regulation as needed.
-Interpret laws, rulings and regulations in legal documents.
-Compile proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
-Proactively resolve issues and disputes, minimize potential for litigation and foster protection of Accenture’s reputation.
-Advising on the strategic direction, contract interpretation and consequences of action/ inaction.
-Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents.
-Cooperate with local and/or international business team and legal team.
-Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies.
-Act as a liaison between the client, project team and/or business partner/units and legal ensuring that all legal and contractual matter are addressed.
-Create and organize information and generate reference tools for easy use by the company.
-Prepare and format legal and management reports.
-Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.
-Respond to all case-related queries.
-Develop and maintain relationship with vendors and client’s contract management or procurement function.
-Manages and maintains senior relationship within the operating groups.
-Assist in Administrative function and sanctions of the Company.
-Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance.
Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
