Production/cooking of R&D samples in R & D Kitchen

Recording recipe changes

Prepares report on feedback of samples provided by SC

To enforce the R&D standards

Work with Executive Chef to obtain and prep the raw materials required or the R&D recipes

Supervise and support new product rollouts and product modifications in all concepts

Assist with special projects as assigned

Edit and adjust recipes located on testing/sampling results

Vendor interaction – sourcing and review of potential new ingredients

Assist with new product setup (using the Product Checklist) to transition from R&D to full-scale production

Work with supporting departments in regards to R & D issues

Support R&D on new products and product releases from formulation to commercialization

Provide R&D support to continuous improvement projects and formula redesigns

Develop ideas, formulas and processes for new products

Salary: ₱20000 - ₱30000

How to Apply:

Requirements: Must be a graduate of any Culinary Course; With at least 2 years of solid experience as a Chef; Preferably with experience in a Korean restaurant/cuisine; Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes; Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure; Willing to work in shifting schedules; Willing to work in Quezon City.
