Duties and Responsibilities:
Support full range of HR services including compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations.
Coordinate/conduct training programs for staff of different levels and follow up to ensure the effectiveness of the programs
Familiar with the implementation of policies, drafts policy benefits, payroll status, leave of absences.
Can proactively manage employee relations issues and provide coaching and counselling to establish effective resolutions.
Prepares HR documents such as employment contracts, policies and memos.
Handles ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Supervision and support –Staff.
Willing to go out and do office visits for direct communications with the employees and other implementations.
