DRIVERS

• RESPONSIBLE FOR PROMPT AND ACCURATE DELIVERIES TO CUSTOMER.
• MUST KEPT VEHICLE CLEAN AND OPERATING SAFELY.
• MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT LOADS TO HELP LOADING AND UNLOADING GOODS/MULTI TASKING.
• BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF ROAD NETWORK (METRO MANILA)
• OBEY SUPERVISOR, COMMUNICATE WELL WITH CUSTOMER AND CO-OFFICE WORKER.
• ABLE TO PERFORM, FAST UNDER SUBTANTIAL TIME PRESSURE.
• ASSISTE CO-WORKERS WHEN NOT ON THE MOOD.

REQUIREMENTS:
• AGE: 25 years old not over 40.
• EDUCATION: at least High school graduate.
• EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of working experience.

ELECTRICIAN

• INSTALL AND REPAIR ELECTRICAL SYSTEM.
• WITH KNOWLEDGE IN ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS OF INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENTS.
• WITH KNOELEDGE IN POWER TOOLS, ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC TEST EQUIPMENT.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Male
• Graduate / under graduate are welcome.
• 2-3 years’ experience.

CAD OPERATOR

• PREPARES COMPLETE WORKING DRAWINGS FOR BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION
• ENSURES COMPLIANCE OF DRAWINGS WITHIN ENGINEERING AND DESIGN STANDARDS.
• MAINTAINS AND UPDATES DRAWING/DOCUMENTS.
• TRANSLATE NOTES, VERBAL INSTRUCTION, SPECIFICATION AND SKETCHES INTO CAD DRAWING.
• PERFORMS OTHER RELEVANT TASKS THAT MAYBE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess a bachelors/college degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in detailed structural design drawing production or related field.
• Experience in Electrical panel boards and switchgear is a plus.

• ORGANIZE AND DETERMINE EXPENDITURES
• PREPARE MONTHLY ACCOUNTING REPORT
• PREPARE BUSINESS CORRESPONDENCE
• FOLLOW-UP COLLECTIONS
• PREPARE BILLINGS AND STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS
• PERFORMS OTHER RELEVANT TASK THAT MAYBE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME
• MAINTAIN AND UPDATE BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS OF THE COMPANY
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
• Graduate in any four year course, BSBA or BS Accountancy is a plus.
Experience:
• Fresh graduate are welcome.
• 2-3 years’ experience is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Computer Literate (MS Excel/Word).
• Good in written and oral communication skills.
• Good in human relation skills.
Behavioral / Others:
• Honest, Flexible, Responsible, Dependable, Resourceful, Organized and more importantly keen on details.
• Self-motivated, Dynamic personality.
• Can work well under pressure.
• Must be a good team player.

• HANDLE ALL INCOMING AND OUTGOING CORRESPONDENCES ENSURING PROPER DOCUMENTATIONS FOR EASY MONITORING.
• ANSWERS TELEPHONE CALLS.
• COMPUTER LITERATE.
• PERFORM OTHER FUNCTIONS THAT MAYBE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME.
• PERFORM SECRETARIAL DUTIES AND PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO PROMOTE THE COMPANY OVERALL FUNCTIONAL EFFICIENCY.
• PREPARE DEPARTMENT MONTHLY REPORT.
• MANAGE AND MAINTAIN AN EFFICIENT SYSTEM OF FILING FOR EASY RETRIVAL OF DOCUMENTS.
• COMMUNICATE WELL WITH MANAGERS AND CUSTOMERS AND INTERPERSONAL OFFICE RELATIONS.
• DISCREET IN HANDLING CONFIDENTIAL ISSUE.
• CHEERFUL AND WITH PLEASANT DISPOSITION.
