Financial Solutions Advisor

Principal responsibilities
Talking to clients to determine their expenses, income, insurance coverage, financial objectives, tax status, risk tolerance, or other information needed to develop a financial plan.
Answering client questions about financial plans and strategies and giving financial advice.
Advising strategies for clients in insurance coverage, investment planning, cash management and other areas to help them reach financial objectives.
Reviewing client accounts and plans on a regular basis to understand if life or economic changes, situational concerns, or financial performance necessitate changes in their plan.
Analyzing financial data received from clients to develop strategies for meeting clients’ financial goals.
Preparing or interpreting financial document summaries, investment performance reports and income projections for clients.
Implementing financial plans or referring clients to professionals who can help them.
Building, managing and updating client portfolios.
Partner with Unit Head/Manager in deepening and growing client relationships through identifying clients needs and presenting relevant wealth solutions and technical analysis to clients
Actively engage in knowledge and performance development training (online, virtual and classroom training) to promote, update and upgrade performance and knowledge level.
Maintain a high level of technical expertise by working closely with product team and product providers
Recommends financial products suitable to the needs and purchasing power of a client
Actively generates sales leads and converts these to actual sales
Compliant with all regulations set by the Insurance Commission

Salary: ₱20000 - ₱40000

How to Apply:

Qualifications: Bachelor degree in business, finance or related field is (preferred but not required). 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred but not required). Experienced in the role of Investment Counsellor or Advisor or Financial Advisor or sales leader role in either retail, private, commercial, investment banks or fund houses (preferred but not required). Solid industrial experiences as a wealth planner or financial advisor (preferred but not required). Strong client skills with ability to deliver needs based solutions and first-of-class client experience. Analytical skills to review opportunities in Top Tier Relationship Manager portfolios and engage in client meetings Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks. Experience providing quality financial advice. Excellent communication skills Sales experts with proven quality customer attention and after sales-service Extensive know-how on customer needs assessment Relationship managers with strong influence group affiliations Believer of the nobility of the insurance industry Network leaders with strong influence group affiliations or partnerships Experienced in the banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, real estate and other sales industries is a plus Part time and Full time job
