Executive Secretary


Job brief

  • Duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
  • Assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information.
  • The point of reference for all queries & requests


  • Schedules and reminds executive of appointments
  • Ensures confidentiality of information received or handled in assigned office
  • Maintains proper filing of documents
  • Does Requires coordination work with other departments, sections and offices
  • Consolidated reports received for proper presentation to the assigned executive
  • Ensures that the room and materials inside the executives room properly maintained
  • Entertains visitors and guest of executive
  • Does require clerical works
  • Screens incoming calls by the executive
  • Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time



  • Proven work experience as a secretary at least 5 years
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficiency in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₱20000 - ₱25000
