E-Commerce Manager

Description:

We’re an e-commerce business located in Newport Beach, California that is looking for a Project Manager to handle several projects that we have ongoing.

We currently have more than 20 people from the Philippines who have been working for us for more than a year. Some of these individuals have grown from doing basic data entry stuff to spearheading some initiatives.

Responsibilities:

– Oversee the Cease and Desist department which currently have 1 staff right now (Process training will be provided)

– Oversee the product sourcing department and organize their process

– Oversee future recruitment efforts and processes

– Document processes and see areas where they need to be improved

– Deadline management

Requirements:

Requirements:

– 2+ years experience as a Project Manager or Coordinator e-Commerce related businesses

– Must be great at communicating and documenting progress

– Excellent verbal, written, and people skills

– Attention to detail, timeliness, and professionalism.

– Master of Organization! (you HAVE to be organized to be successful in this role…this isn’t a role where you can learn to be organized)
