Desktop Support Technician

·      Assist customer with their computer and connectivity issues using our ticketing system.
·      Respond to tickets in a timely manner based on our guidelines, in forms of email/chat or call
·      Follow company’s procedure in resolving/addressing customers’ requests.
·      Work with other team members to address incoming support requests.
·      Follow company’s procedure in create/archival and removal of user’s accounts.
Prioritize tasks and be available to attend other team members request.

Salary: ₱25000 - ₱30000

How to Apply:

·      3-5 years supporting Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, Windows7, Windows 10 ·      Solid understanding of networking and system connectivity ·      Familiar with Microsoft Active directory as an admin to add/remove or modify accounts ·      Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server 2008 through 2016 ·      Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 as an admin to add/modify or Archive mailboxes. ·      Outstanding communications and organization skills ·      Ability to work as part of dynamic team. ·      Familiarity with Mac OS and IOS is a A plus
