· Assist customer with their computer and connectivity issues using our ticketing system.
· Respond to tickets in a timely manner based on our guidelines, in forms of email/chat or call
· Follow company’s procedure in resolving/addressing customers’ requests.
· Work with other team members to address incoming support requests.
· Follow company’s procedure in create/archival and removal of user’s accounts.
Prioritize tasks and be available to attend other team members request.
Salary: ₱25000 - ₱30000
