– Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the guest at all times.
– Respond promptly to guest inquiries.
– Communicate with guest through various channels (email, chat, calls, text).
– Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
– Do data entry for confirmed bookings using Excel.
– Ensure guest satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
– Proactive in sharing ideas or suggestions that will work for the whole team.
– Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
– Go the extra mile to engage customers/guests.
– Attempt to persuade customer/guest to reconsider cancellation.
– At least one (1) year experience as a Customer Service Representative.
– Must have excellent English communication and written skills.
– Willing to work at a Shifting Schedule.
– Voice account.
