Job Description

  • Handling Amazon Account
  • Remove negative seller feedback from the seller Account
  • Customer service & support (including refunds/replacement requests)
  • Follow up on Amazon Case Logs via phone and email
  • Product Review Management (Check for Listing Errors)
  • Day to day PPC management
  • Commenting on reviews
  • Deal with Amazon in-authencity claim
  • Monitoring day to day keyword rank
  • Request positive seller feedback to product review



Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • High School Graduate
  • 2 years Call Center Experience(for agent post)
  • Knowledge on Basic Excel
  • Good Oral and Written Communication Skill in English
  • Literacy in Basic Computer and Mobile usage.
  • POSITIVE ATTITUDE!

Salary: ₱35000 - ₱45000
