As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be delivering support to customers and clients of the biggest product brands world–wide.

You’ll be in-charge of;
• Answering incoming calls from our customers
• Providing solutions to customer inquiries/requests
• Guaranteeing customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Utilizing various Concentrix and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing

Basic Qualifications:
• At least high school graduate
• Experience of at least six months in the BPO industry are preferred; but applicants without work experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent English Communication skills
• Basic knowledge on computers
• Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in shifting schedule

Salary: ₱15000 - ₱25000
