Responsibilities: Calling customers, collecting on past due accounts, Email correspondence with customers, registering results in the data base.
Work from home.
Required technical equipment: PC or laptop, headset with a high quality microphone, fast and stable Internet connection.
Required work experience: Customer service, especially collections or support in the USA.
Required skills: Fluent English, attention to details, punctuality, accuracy, stress resistance, knowledge of customer psychology.
Provided by the employer: Access to all the necessary software, training & training documentation, email and letters’ templates, customer documentation templates.
