Completed 2 years of college but with 1 year call center experience (Voice or Non-Voice Support)

Technical Support Specialist for Online Service Provider Account
Agents handle setup and resolve problems related to setting up mail clients on various desktop and mobile platforms. Agents are required to have a general knowledge of mail related products and/or services, while assessing needs and suggestion and promotion of alternative products or services, adding value to the customer interaction.
Salary Package: PHP 22,000 – PHP 23,000
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least completed 2 years in College with 6 months or more of prior customer service experience / BPO experience
