Business Development Officer

Job Summary:

The Business Development Officer shall build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Build, establish and develop relationship with current and possible clients
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potentials and costs
• Identify and locate potential business deals by contacting potential partners and discovering and exploring opportunities
• Represent the company for business engagement and deals
• Responsible for setting the expectations of clients by providing them a justifiable timetable and proper feedback
• Be the main point of contact and coordination for recruitment between the company and its clients
• Presentation and reports creation for the performance and status of the Talent Acquisition Team
• Other tasks deemed appropriate

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of business development experience with proven success in an agency, search firm environment and/or full life cycle recruiting role
• Demonstrated account & client management skills
• Outstanding lead generation and candidate conversion skills
• Strong time management skills – organizational, follow-up and attention to detail
• Client management
• Proven track record in successful placement

Salary: Php 20,000.00 - 30,000.00
