Business Development Officer

Job Summary:

The Business Development Officer shall build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Responsibilities:

•Build, establish and develop relationship with current and possible clients
•Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potentials and costs
•Identify and locate potential business deals by contacting potential partners and discovering and exploring opportunities
•Represent the company for business engagement and deals
•Responsible for setting the expectations of clients by providing them a justifiable timetable and proper feedback
•Be the main point of contact and coordination for recruitment between the company and its clients
•Presentation and reports creation for the performance and status of the Talent Acquisition Team
•Other tasks deemed appropriate

Job Requirements:

•At least 3 years of business development experience with proven success in an agency, search firm environment and/or full life cycle recruiting role
•Demonstrated account & client management skills
•Outstanding lead generation and candidate conversion skills
•Strong time management skills – organizational, follow-up and attention to detail
•Client management
•Proven track record in successful placement

Salary: Php 20,000.00 - 30,000.00
