BioCBD+ is looking for Home Based Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant

General Overview
We are an award winning Hemp CBD Company BioCBD+ (www.BioCBDplus.com parent company www.EADLabs.com), and we are looking for someone exceptional to help us grow our company. We are looking for someone who can help monitor all of our day to day bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable, invoicing and more in order to make sure goals and objectives of this department are being kept. Must be able to maintain knowledge of larger landscape without neglecting granular details while tracking company financial health, and staying alert for risk and resolving issues as they arise. This individual maintains highest standards and monitors scope with project quality.

Responsibilities
Oversee & report on inventory levels
Day to day Quickbooks tracking of expenses and revenue
Support CPA with monthly reconciliation of all accounts
On-Time Payroll and Affiliate Partner payouts
Pay bills, Manager Accounts Payable & Receivables
Create & track purchase orders
Support executive team with daily administrative tasks
Executes on the company strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed
Creates project plans
Maintains project objectives
Identifies and resolves issues and risks
Reports on project progress, offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise
Manages resources to make sure schedule is on track
Maintain budget
Communicate daily with the executive team

Competencies
Bachelor’s degree required;
1+ years experience working with QuickBooks Online
Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
Proficiency with related software tools such as QuickBooks, MS Excel, etc.
Critical thinking and problem solving
Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
Someone we can trust
Adaptability
Able to tolerate stress and fast moving environment

This is a full time position. Salary to be determined by experience level. Hours of work must be partially in Pacific (Los Angeles) Time Zone, starting at 10am PST.
