What you need to do: 

  • Work directly with our Co-Founder & Head of Sales to build lead lists
  • Research companies to identify if they align with target criteria
  • Maintain records and update action items in Pipedrive (CRM)
  • Perform outbound prospecting through digital channels (Email and LinkedIn)
  • Attend sales calls with prospective clients
  • Execute follow up action items related to working new business opportunities


What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or any related field
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in lead generation, cold calling and B2B sales management 
  • Proven hands-on experience on data mining, lead qualification and contact verification
  • Proven hands-on experience with or other CRMs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Reliable and can work in a minimally managed high profile position
  • Strong appetite for learning new processes
  • Result oriented and possesses a “can do” attitude
  • Proactive problem solver with keen attention to detail
  • Possess a great sense of urgency and follow through
  • Able to handle multiple initiatives under pressure
  • Willing to work on a night shift and/or possible shifting schedules

Salary: ₱30000 - ₱40000
