Admin and Purchasing Supervisor

Qualification:

Graduate of any 4-year course
Male or Female, 25 to 35 years old
Knowledge in Business Permit Renewal, Philexport, PDEA, BOC is an advantage
Willing to be based in Alabang
Can start immediately

Job Description:
Accurately complete and submit all necessary paper works such as daily dispatch sheets, petty cash items, etc.
Keep assigned vehicles free from damage, in acceptable condition, and consistently clean in manner.
Supervisor must ensure that the vehicle is in proper and safe condition prior to use, and be responsible in reporting any damage or mechanical malfunctions that exist
Provides general administrative support, such as but not limited to, preparing and generating correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, processing and filing confidential reports and documents (soft and hard copy), tracking deadlines and taking down notes as needed
Serves as the receiver of important mail, documents and ordered items delivered to the organization’s address
Maintains the office equipment/supplies necessary for carrying out various tasks in the organization functions effectively. Ensure that these materials are always available and sees to the replacements of these items if needed.
Responds to various queries from managers and employees, and from other departments
Ensure that purchasing procedure is implemented and generate and/or recommend process improvements
Book flights for traveling employees
Process documents, such as but not limited to, PLDT, Phil Export, BOC, and PDEA/chemicals
Supervise Admin, Maintenance, Security and Purchasing for all companies.
