Admin Specialist – Facilities and Vendor Management

This role is to handle all relationships with a supplier to the company. This first involves
negotiating prices that allow a company’s costs to remain low while still getting a quality product. This part of the
position requires price quotes from multiple suppliers, working alongside the company’s budgeting department, and
sometimes visiting a supplier’s facility to inspect the quality of your supplies. The choice of a qualified vendor requires
not only looking at their product via their competitors but also their track record in the field and their financial history.

Must have at least 1 year of work experience in vendor management.
Will be working alongside management and budgeting offices to manage and control stock levels and confirm a company is not overpaying for the tools it acquires.
Strong verbal and written English skills.
Must be very good in Microsoft Office operations
Must be familiar with Ticketing system software

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field
At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Able to communicate effectively with all internal and external clients
Positive and hardworking multi-tasker
Enjoys working independently
Well-versed in Microsoft Outlook and Office applications
Experience in Vendor Management is a MUST
Experience in Procurement is a Plus
Experience in Facilities Management is a Plus
Preferably with admin experience in a BPO setting
Must be amenable to work on a shifting Schedule
Must be willing to work in BGC Taguig
