Ensures efficiency and accuracy in recording supplier’s information in the system.
Records payable invoices and ensures completeness of supporting documents.
Timely preparation of check disbursements.
Responsible for updated and organized filing of invoices.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting
Knowledge in ORACLE System is an advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
