Virtual Assistant



An Administrative Virtual Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.  Duties include providing support to our clients , assisting in daily office needs and virtually managing their general administrative activities.  They are versatile, flexible, and highly competent in various areas that concern Administrative and Customer Support.


For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype.



  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
  • Generate regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to customers
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant with exposure in customer service
  • Previous Virtual Assistant experience preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task


  • Functional and reliable computer/laptop
  • High-speed Internet connection (at least 10mbps wired connection)

Salary: ₱25000 - ₱30000
