Virtual Assistant To Support E-commerce Startup Operation


We are looking to hire virtual assistants for our growing company. Our clients are rolling in and we need the extra hands!!!

There are a number of clients that are looking for admin support; however, we tailor our services to solopreneurs and small businesses that are service-based. Clients vary but we do our best to match our clients with assistants that we feel have the experience that best fits their needs.

We are looking for teammates (what we affectionately call our VAs) that are experienced in some (or all) of the following:   

– project management

– social media management

– email management

– scheduling management

– light graphic designing (i.e Canva)

– world of modern workplace technologies such as Slack, GSuite, Zoom, Dropbox and etc.


This position might be right for you if…

– you are extremely reliable with high quality work product

– you are passionate about social media marketing and ecommerce

– you are comfortable managing social media platforms (like Facebook & Instagram). This does not include just having social media accounts – we need someone who has experience managing them on the business side (creating groups/pages, approving members, creating units, etc)

– you can communicate well through writing (learn what “our voice” is and write that way)

– you can take an overall vision and immediately see all the details needed to accomplish it.

– you are self-guided and don’t require micromanagement.

– you are notorious for managing your time well.

– you acclimate well to new systems and technology. You can watch a video tutorial and duplicate steps.

– you geek out when it comes to organizing things. You naturally create systems of success

– you are willing to work graveyard, but open for flexible time

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
