Travel Specialist – Clark, Pampanga

What you’ll need to qualify:

·        Travel/Tourism Management graduates require no BPO experience

·        High School level must have at least 1-year BPO experience and 6 months for 2-years college level

·        1-year GDS experience (Sabre, Worldspan, etc.) preferred but not required

·        Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills

·        Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications

·        Good analytical skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Technology and work environment requirements (Temporary Work from Home):  

  • Have the right connection – a home internet connection that is >15Mbps (you may do a quick check through Fast.com)  
  • Computer – we’ll supply and deliver at your doorstep  
  • Must be able to hard-wire (via ethernet cord) directly into your home modem  
  • Must have a quiet workspace that is within a reasonable proximity of your router so that you can plug in while working  
  • May require reporting on-site if the trainee experiences any Power/ISP issue for that day 

What your typical day will consist of:

·        Consult customers on products and services to provide the best solutions for their needs by voice communication channel

·        Assist customers with travel reservations, cancellations, ticketing, and other travel-related concerns

·        Respond and resolve inquiries with active listening – identifying additional needs and support any upgrades in products and services

·        Open and maintain customer accounts and information

·        Positively participate in company events, team activities, and continuous learning
