Training and Engagement Senior Specialist

MISSION

The Training & Engagement will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.

You are expected to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees’ workplace performance in alliance with the company’s core values.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of each individual
  • Responsible for working with our internal stakeholders to deliver training using a variety of techniques and formats to accommodate different learning styles and engage the learners.
  • Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
  • Review existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the company
  • Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
  • Onboard newly hire employees; discuss employee handbook
  • Conduct leadership and managers training; LMA training
  • Awards planning; awarding of tenured employee
  • Facilitate Townhall meeting
  • Administer Grow with Us program and Employee of the Quarter
  • Facilitate Team building (Per Department and Company-wide)
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
  • Proven ability to master the full training cycle
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management software
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with talent management and succession planning
  • Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI
  • Sound decision-making and organizational skills
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Experience in Canva, PowToon and WordPress
  • BS degree in Education, Training, HR related field
  • Windows Operating System 8 or higher
  • Wired DSL Internet connection with 5 MBPS
  • Back up for power outages and internet interruptions

Salary: ₱40000 - ₱45000
