Training Manager

Description:

  1. Head, coach and mentor the training team.
  2. Strategize and plan for effective resource utilization, process target alignment.
  3. Responsible for driving and tracking training process parameter’s critical to quality and process.
  4. Adopting best practices, ensuring meeting of SLA’s. Manage client expectations.
  5. Contribute to the development of the short and long term goals of the process; ensuring Process improvement & Process compliance
  6. Drive process improvement and other quality tools for process performance measurement and standardization.
  7. Strategizing and persistent planning need to achieve Client requirements
  8. Conducting Internal Reviews with Training team.

Ensuring sessions with training Assistant Managers/ Operations and Quality Managers



Requirements:

  1. Graduate- Any discipline, MBA’s preferred.
  2. 6-8 years of experience
  3. 4-5 years relevant experience in BPO Training
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  5. Excellent people management, man management skills.
  6. Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
  7. Good process management skills.
  8. Able to think strategically, and develop business plans.
  9. Able to work in terms of business opportunities, growth, revenue.

Salary: ₱70000 - ₱75000
