Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of training programs and implementing remediation programs
  • Successfully conducts agent and/or representative training
  • Completes certification courses prior to conducting first training session
  • Adheres to Agent and/or Representative training schedule and curriculum
  • Delivers training assessments to trainees
  • Assigns appropriate pre-study work, as defined by client and Individual training organization.
  • Consistently and thoroughly completes required tracking and reporting tasks.
  • Communicates Trainee at Risk to Training Manager (attendance, assessment scores, success factors, activity results, etc.)
  • Prepare for and Support Effective Facilitation
  • Apply/Support Effective Facilitation Skills
  • Manage/Support the Learning Environment
  • Measure and Enhance Learning Effectiveness
  • Demonstrate ability to coach and apply critical thinking skills
  • Ensure the maximum effectiveness of staff by implementing training programs


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Understanding of Healthcare Payer scope of services preferred
  • Strong facilitation skills, training experience, classroom management, leadership/coaching/mentoring abilities, critical thinking skills, attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with basic computer skills and PowerPoint, works effectively in a fast paced and changing environment

Salary: ₱20000 - ₱30000
