Time Sentinel Specialist


Primary purpose of the role

The Time Sentinel Support Specialist is responsible for the operational maintenance of the

organization’s Time Sentinel product line and raw time capture solution through the provision of

technical support and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms and technologies.

• Manage and monitor the connectivity of all Time Sentinel product line and raw time capture the solution to make all transaction logs have been received within the agreed service levels

• Manage the consistent use of agreed tools and methods to address and resolve user identified problems in line with service level agreements

• Manage and monitor the inventory of the Time Sentinel product line and raw time capture solution to devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures and product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers

• Compliance with processes for the set-up and installation of the Time Sentinel product line and raw time capture solution to agreed service levels

• Escalate performance issues with internal and/or external providers to minimize the adverse impact of systems availability on business continuity

• Report against performance metrics to highlight areas where applications development, vendor relationship management or strategic infrastructure modifications are required for enhancing business performance and efficiency


  • BS in Accounting, Human Resources or relevant field
  • IT literate
  • Someone who is willing to take on new working practices
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • With background experience in Timekeeping management
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS
  • Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
