Telesales Specialist


Job Description

  1. Cold call new leads
  2. Qualify leads and identifies interesting leads. Move HubSpot Contacts from “Lead” status to “Sales Qualified Lead” status and create “Deals”
  3. Receives “Marketing Qualified Leads” from inbound marketing (Facebook, Google).  
  4. Receives “Referral Qualified Lead” from referral sources (Partners, Affiliates, Doctors)
  5. Call Sales Qualified, Marketing Qualified, and Referral Qualified Leads to schedule Demos for Sales Account Managers. Move Deals from “Interested – Needs Demo” to “Interested – Demo Scheduled”



– Experience in Outbound calls, Cold calling and Hard selling

– Preferably handles International Clients

– Excellent verbal and written English

– Smart and resourceful
