Telemarketer/Customer Service

Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Follow up on marketing leads by calling or messaging interested parties and engaging them.
  2. To provide more information about courses and services conducted by the Company to enquirers.
  3. To convince and convert callers to sign up for courses with the Company.
  4. To report daily to the designated supervisor about sales progress and any observed trends, marketing insights, or customer needs.
  5. To research, and find for Fire Safety Manager lead.
  6.  handle Singapore walk-in customers via Zoom call, Whatsapp or any other form of communication method.
  7. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and strategies to expand the customer base.
  8. Direct marketing via Email.
  9. All other adhoc duties by the Company.



Requirements:

Requirements:

  1. Able to use basic Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
  2. Possesses good written and verbal communication skills.  
  3. Organised, meticulous, and willing to learn are essential. 
  4. Possesses strong interpersonal skills. 
  5. Experience in a business work environment preferred.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.  

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
