Technical Support Specialist


* Provide support for daily operations

* Provide expertise and technical knowledge about an application or suite of applications

* Answer queries and resolve issues with software applications and escalate or close tickets as necessary.

* Maintain and update technical documents and procedures

* Train users on specific applications and document creation

* Other tasks as required


* Resourcefulness and adaptability in a changing environment

* Good ability to analyze, solve and monitor problems

* Good organizational and priority skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

* Capacity (and interest) in learning and adapting to new concepts, technologies, and environments.

* Must also want to learn existing custom apps (the learning curve can be longer).

* Ability to troubleshoot.

* Strong English/Fluent.

*Familiar with the software development cycle

Salary: ₱25000 - ₱35000
