What are we looking for?

Education:

–     Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 5+ years of prior experience working in a SaaS based company

Experience Target:

–     Previous experience successfully managing large, complex and multiple clients simultaneously with minimal supervision

–     5+ years serving customers, ideally during a company’s growth mode as a Technical Services Consultant (or similar role) for SaaS company

–     Data cleansing experience

 

Skills:

–     Assist existing/new customers with the processes/requirements involved in setting up SSO, SFTP and other specialized SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS) projects to receive/deliver solution application data.

–     Experience with Technical Integrations (SFTP, Web-Services, REST APIs, etc.)

–     Proficiency in MS EXCEL, MS OFFICE, MS SQL/PLSQL, C#, TSQL/CLR, FTP/HTTP, Scripting

–     Work with SaaSIO/Cloud/Systems and Dev Teams where special coordination of resources, and technical appropriations are necessary
