Technical Support Associate – Pasig City
GROW THE BUSINESS
- Deployment of all IT Tools and ensure that all software, business applications and access are provided on time
- Ensure all internal troubleshooting guidelines/ processes are followed and all administration work related resolutions provided are accurately completed
- Ensure 100% adherence to Security, Regulatory, Compliance and Audit Standards
DELIGHT OUR CUSTOMERS
- Achieve outstanding customer feedback by ensuring all their issues and request are resolved on time
- Optimize IT Technical Support processes and practices that will improve turnaround time in resolving and request raised by the users
- Ensures that all the solutions provided adheres to the company wide standard design and configuration
BUILD AND ENGAGE CORPORATE CULTURE
- Achieve the targets eNPS by participating on daily and weekly cadence
- Achieve at least 1hr study time to learn new technical skill per week
The role will be responsible to keep technologies that organizations rely on to do business up-to-date and running smoothly.
Provide troubleshooting services to end-users who needs assistance with their computer hardware or software.
- With Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
- With at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a help desk environment supporting desktop, wide area network and local area network equipment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook or Google Suite.
- Experience in Working large-scale implementations
- With good verbal and written communication skills
Salary: ₱15000 - ₱30000
