1. Provide client support and technical issue resolution via e-Mail, phone and other medium assigned by helpdesk.
2. Preventive Maintenance of hardware and software.
3. Hardware troubleshooting and problem isolation.
4. Software troubleshooting.
5. Deployment of Computers, printers, and other peripherals as well as on trainings.
6. To attend prescribed trainings and seminars as per recommendation by the management and make sure that all acquired knowledge from trainings and seminars are shared with concerned staff/personnel.
7. To provide reports on activities and documentation for monitoring purposes.
8. To perform other tasks related to the position as deemed necessary by the management.
1. Graduate of Bachelor or College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.
2. Strong analytical skills and keen to details.
3. Problem solving skills.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Ability to prioritize and delegate.
