Technical Services Coordinator (Maintenance Coordinator)


The Distinto Beverage Solutions, (sister company of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf) is looking for a Technical Services Coordinator who is responsible for supporting company operations by ensuring repairs and maintenance requirements of DBS Clients are met by effectively communicating concerns to respective inhouse resources and service providers. 

The Technical Service Coordinator will assist the Technical Services Team in managing repair supplies/materials, documentation processing, updating of report data, etc.


  • Responsible for receiving and providing timely response to client maintenance/repair requests by utilizing established Maintenance Management Tools:
  • Responds through email and mobile phone 
  • Gathering needed information and coordinating to inhouse resources or service provider for the timely resolution of client concerns
  • Ensures all information concerning the works required: Manpower/Tools List, Schedule and Time of Repair; are coordinated with the client
  • Keeps track of service database ensuring pending and backlog items are dealt with accordingly
  • Processes billings for services rendered by Distinto Beverage Solutions to clients and ensure account is paid and updated
  • Management of in-house technician repetitive schedule and deployment:
  • Monitors preventive maintenance calendar and coordinate accordingly to responsible parties
  • Keeps track of repair materials inventory and orders replenishment when necessary
  • Provide Service/Maintenance Reports (Weekly, Monthly) and Updates
  • Provides data for the Weekly and Monthly Service/Maintenance Report
  • Service Provider Coordination:
  • Coordinates schedules of site inspection/survey and repair
  • Ensures quotations for required works are received on time
  • Processes billings for services requirement of DBS
