About the Company 

Open Access BPO has been providing business process and call center outsourcing solutions to a host of international clients since 2006. OAM is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers. 

As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role for one of Open Access’ largest and dynamic non-voice clients. You will interact directly with our clients, agents and executive management on a regular basis to ensure that the campaign is hitting its goals and maintaining all critical KPIs.

SALARY:

  • 35K + health card, 20 leave credits, 13th-month pay, government-mandated benefits

Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • An excitement and passion for leading a team and making a quick impact on a fun and challenging campaign
  • Minimum of 5 years experience at a call center/BPO environment and a good understanding of how the overall industry works
  • Minimum of 2 years managing a team of 15+ agents as a Team Leader or equivalent position
  • Strong knowledge and a high level of comfort with online reporting tools, Excel/Google Sheets, CMS systems and other commonly used apps/tools in the BPO industry
  • A full understanding of various KPIs that are important to non-voice campaigns and the ability to plan and execute ways to create constant improvement and positive change
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and experience communicating with US-based clients via email, video chat or phone calls
  • 4-year university graduate
  • Experience in QA, WFM or training a plus, but not required
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Salary: ₱30000 - ₱35000
