Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for best in class delivery on Client / FIS defined SLAs
  • Would be responsible for developing Coach’s and SMEs on process skills and other competencies.
  • Ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction translating into process innovation and high retention rates.
  • Responsible for instilling a culture of “passion for work” “integrity” and “consistency in performance”.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
  • At least 2 years Supervisory experience in the same field is required for this position.
  • Strong background in handling US financial (Voice-Customer Service) Campaign is a must.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley West, Taguig City.

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
