Tricentis is looking for a full-time Technical Project Manager to on-board customers with our product solutions for a global organization. The Technical Project Manager is the lead subject matter expert within the company regarding technology concerns. The primary role of this individual will be to assist customers through the deployment, installation, upgrade and troubleshooting of Tricentis’ OnPremise products. The Technical Project Manager will provide the Development team feedback to improve the scalability of our products and process and assist Sales Engineers in scoping technical requirements for prospect trial requests.

 

The Implementation team’s main goal is to ensure our customers love the results of their Tricentis products through exceptional onboarding and ongoing engagements. You will interact with customers on a daily basis, ensuring that our software is deployed, installed, upgraded and easily incorporated into their evolving enterprise architecture. You will also play a critical role in driving successful adoption and continued use among the 10,000+ users. Additionally, this role will interface internally with all parts of the Tricentis organization including the Engineering, Support, Product Management, Customer Success and Sales.

 

As part of a growing team, the Technical Project Manager is a key contributor to our Customer’s success. Tricentis’ largest customers will look towards the Technical Project Manager for advice to ensure that the software deployment is scheduled properly and optimized to fit into their existing infrastructure.   Additionally, as this is a predominantly customer facing role, the Technical Project Manager should be willing to escalate potential roadblocks to successful implementation to Management as needed and ensure critical tasks are documented appropriately.  

 

This role demands timely and effective communications with internal stakeholders and Customers across multiple concurrent projects. Working closely with Account Executives, Sales and Customers, managing their expectations, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget. Must be highly organized, articulate, detail-orientated, energetic, committed, and enthusiastic, with the ability to prioritize and take ownership to get the job done. 

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any technical questions or challenges regarding projects.
  • Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when accessing a Customer’s environment.
  • Lead and manage multiple Customer facing software delivery projects through initiation to closure
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, QA, BA, Product Management, Development and Engineering teams and all other outside parties critical to a project’s success
  • Interacting directly with current and prospective Customers to ensure Tricentis’ testing tools are deployed/installed and working in their environment including initial product configuration to integrate with customer systems and tools
  • Provide effective, accurate and timely communications to all stakeholders, act as a technical single point of contact for customers and partners 
  • Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery. Proactively provide feedback on lessons learned and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of all project management processes and tools used within the Professional Services organization
  • Experience managing Linux installations, Windows installations and Cloud deployments
  • Provide world class customer service through the use and execution of a detailed communication plans and strive for excellence in customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring data within SalesForce/Wrike is updated and accurate
  • Ensuring Customer Success Team and Engagement Manager is updated on implementation activities
  • Overseeing and ensuring validation on the technical architecture/specifications from customer
  • After Tricentis software is installed/deployed, ensure client expectations are met and software is working in an acceptable manner
  • Assisting the Implementation team to meet quick turnarounds for troubleshooting Customer issues across US, Europe, and Asia, periodically working outside of US office hours
  • Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation
  • Provide Customer assistance with product updates upon release
  • Advising customers on best practices for network, security and hardware configurations to optimize the use of Tricentis’ products
  • Interacting with the Customer Success, Technical Support and Product Management and Development teams in both Atlanta and India to escalate and resolve any issues associated with the OnPremise software
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred.



Requirements:

Minimum qualifications

  • 3 + year’s experience as a Technical Project Manager
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
  • Motivated self-starter who is also a team player with great cross-organization collaboration skills 
  • Experience managing IT software implementations
  • Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM solutions
  • Must have customer facing technical project management experience with focus on stakeholder management, reporting and team management. 
  • Track record of successfully delivering high quality projects on time in a fast-paced/rapidly changing environment 
  • Knowledge of cloud deployments, Linux and Windows configuration and system administration
  • Experience with Relational databases (e.g. Postgres MSSQL)
  • Experience with MongoDB
  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills
  • Building and deploying applications and release management a plus 

Salary: ₱10000 - ₱15000
